Early in the 1800's cowboys rode the western range on cattle drives.  Every long, hard day in the saddle was followed by an evening of tall tales and music at the chuckwagon.

This years concert series begins on Wednesday, June 16th and runs through Wednesday, September 1.

All shows will be held in Pioneer Park from 6:30pm - 7:30pm at the Gazebo.  Rainouts will takeplace at the Portville Fire Hall on South Main Street.

Cornell Cooperative Extension and Master Gardeners of Allegany and Cattaraugus Counties present this FREE lecture series on many aspects of gardening.

 The final lectures of the year will be "Vermicomposting" given by Thomas Tupper, and "Native Plants" by Lyn Chimera, Master Gardener.

Gus Macker 3-on-3 Basketball, a two-day event, will benefit the Olean High School Sports Boosters and the Olean City School District Foundation.  The city of Olean is excited to host this fun and exciting event which will benefit a great cause - raising funds to support the children who attend the Olean City School District.

In June, July and August, come and enjoy the music of the Summer Concert Series at Jefferson Street Park.  It's FREE entertainment every Sunday evening from 6pm - 8pm.

The Alley Cat Pony Club will host the Western New York Region of Pony Clubs Fun Eventing Rally at the Valley Equine Center on Saturday.
