Gowanda's Heritage Harvest Festival
Activities include the annual Scarecrow contest, children's activities, pie/cake auction, a craft show, vendors, art show, chicken BBQ, live music, dancing and a more.
Don't forget to take a tour of Pine Hill Cemetery with area residents dressed in period costume representing various well known and not-so-well-known people buried in the cemetery.

Challenger Learning Center Celebrates its Opening
After a year of space missions, the Dresser-Rand Challenger Learning Center officially celebrates its opening at the Premier Banquet Center.
Ellicottville's Rock 'N Oldies Weekend
Enjoy the beginning of the autumn season with a 50's and 60's experience! There's lots of music, costumes and a classic car show with over 200 pristine cars on Main Street. After you take in all of the breathtaking cars, come over to the gazebo for a rock-n-oldies concert followed by the presentation of awards.
Annual Ischua Valley Falling Leaves Regatta
The 4th Annual Ischua Valley Falling Leaves Regatta will be held Friday, September 10 through Sunday September 12. Any form of motorless boat is invited to participate.
The race will be approximately 7.3 miles (may be shortened due to low water or inclement weather). Boaters will be transported to the starting line.
Flea Market and Taste of Amish
Stop in Leon on the 2nd Saturday of each month, May through October, 9am - 4pm for a flea market and Taste of Amish. Vendors of all kinds will be present, including wonderful baked goods from our Amish residents. The Museum will also be open from 10am - 4pm.

Nash Hill Equestrian Center Reining Extravaganza Show
Reining is a judged event designed to show the athletic ability of a ranch type horse within the confines of a show arena. In NRHA competition, contestants are required to run one of ten approved patterns, included in the NRHA Handbook.

Pfeiffer Nature Center offers 2 walks today
9am - 10am at the Lillibridge Property, 1974 Lillibridge Road, there will be a FREE Nature Walk. Enjoy a leisurely walk through a rare old growth forest with large specimens of Eastern Hemlock, White Pine, American Beech and Red Oak, and observe the seasonal changes in this majestic forest. Suitable for all ages.
Portville's Music In The Park Series
This years concert series begins on Wednesday, June 16th and runs through Wednesday, September 1.
All shows will be held in Pioneer Park from 6:30pm - 7:30pm at the Gazebo. Rainouts will takeplace at the Portville Fire Hall on South Main Street.
