Annual Sportsmen's Show
The annual Sportsmen's Show is being held by the Memorial Library of Little Valley at Green Gable Village just off 219 in Great Valley. Hours are Saturday 9am - 4pm and Sunday 9am - 3pm.
Nash Hill Equestrian Center Reining Extravaganza Show
Reining is a judged event designed to show the athletic ability of a ranch type horse within the confines of a show arena. In NRHA competition, contestants are required to run one of ten approved patterns, included in the NRHA Handbook.

Annual Ischua Valley Falling Leaves Regatta
The 4th Annual Ischua Valley Falling Leaves Regatta will be held Friday, September 10 through Sunday September 12. Any form of motorless boat is invited to participate.
The race will be approximately 7.3 miles (may be shortened due to low water or inclement weather). Boaters will be transported to the starting line.
Flea Market and Taste of Amish
Stop in Leon on the 2nd Saturday of each month, May through October, 9am - 4pm for a flea market and Taste of Amish. Vendors of all kinds will be present, including wonderful baked goods from our Amish residents. The Museum will also be open from 10am - 4pm.

Enchanted Mountains Outdoor & Rec Sports Show
The show will highlight exhibitors related to outdoor and environmental education, sport, leisure and recreation and will provide seminars, demos and activities.

Pfeiffer Nature Center offers 2 walks today
9am - 10am at the Lillibridge Property, 1974 Lillibridge Road, there will be a FREE Nature Walk. Enjoy a leisurely walk through a rare old growth forest with large specimens of Eastern Hemlock, White Pine, American Beech and Red Oak, and observe the seasonal changes in this majestic forest. Suitable for all ages.
Creekside Roundup 2010 Summer Open Game Show
Pole bending, barrel racing, quad barrels, all sorts of different games on horseback. As much fun to watch as it is to compete! Food available.

Changing Feathers Country Music Festival
Last Call to see the birds! Gooseneck Hill Waterfowl Sanctuary is having a "Changing Feathers Country Music Festival" on Sunday September 19 from 2-5 PM. $5 admission.
Music will be provided by "Strawberry Jam" with Liz Boberg, Pete Boberg and Gene Hilts on Steel Guitar and Friends.
St. Bonaventure University Family Weekend 5K
The Olean-area community is invited to lace up their sneakers and join the St. Bonaventure community in a recreational 5K run/walk on the Allegheny River Trail.
The St. Bonaventure University Family Weekend 5K run/walk will be held Saturday, September 25, and will begin at the SBU tennis courts at the west entrance to the university.

Friends of Good Music in association with The Regina A. Quick Center for the Arts at St. Bonaventure University present the 29th annual concert season.

Some of our local farms are opening their doors for tours on September 25. These tours are FREE and open to the public.
Forevergreens, 11398 Bolton Rd., Springville, is a grower of evergreens as well as many other trees available for year-round landscaping. This farm will be open 9am - 4pm.

9am - 10am at the Eshelman Property, 1420 Yubadam Road. Enjoy an easy walk throuh our retired farmlands observing the seasonal changes in our shrub wetland, mature meadow, creek and pond edges, and the mixed hardwood forest. Suitable for all ages.
All Around Cowboy Event Race
#5 of 5 weekends. 9:00am registration 10 am walk through. Cost $15.00 per horse and rider combination. To be eligible for the year end awards you will have to run in 3 shows. Come see if you can handle riding, mounting, horse handling, bridge crossing, game events and trailer loading. You just won't know what to expect.
Announcing the 1st Annual Route 16 Garage Sale & Firemen's Bar-B-Q
Explore the 30 mile long Garage Sale and Firemen's Bar-B-Q competition to be held along Route 16 in the Enchanted Mountains of Cattaraugus County. With 10 participating towns, there will be something for everyone.
